Pending Payment Available Date Passed
Summary: mr_freaking_awesome reported issues with a pending payment not being reflected in their eBay account despite the expected date passing. They had previously contacted eBay and were assured the funds would clear by the end of the day, but this has not happened. tressygirl advised waiting a few more days and suggested specific methods for reaching eBay Customer Service if the issue persists, including trying via the app or insisting on speaking to a live agent.
I have sold several items which were delivered 15th July. Seller page stated Pending amount available in ebay balance 17th July. This date has now passed and the same pending date is shown, and the amount is not in my ebay account. I have received positive feedback already. I used ebay delivery and posted on time. I contacted ebay and was assured the amount would clear into my ebay account by the end of the day. It is still not showing and I have no idea why. I have not changed any of my details.

Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.
