Pending - awaiting delivery
An item I sold is currently pending-awaiting delivery on my account The item was posted without using “Simple Delivery” and is therefore not tracked Who has the responsibility of marking this as delivered and how should they do it ?

Mentor6 months agoBy not using supplied label to post item, it has cost you money.
Buyer will be refunded for unused label within 30 days.

OP6 months agoFirst time I have used eBay to sell for a number of years I didn’t know what simple delivery meant or how it worked !

Mentor6 months agoIf you didn't use the Simple Delivery delivery label, but decided to buy your own untrackable label, it can never be marked as delivered.
If your payment is on hold it should be released after 14 days.

Mentor6 months agoNo, the buyer can't do anything. Without tracking the payment will be held for 14 days and then released to you.
