pc breaks down after 2 months
bought a pc 4 months ago as a present wasnt used till june this year granson only used it for 2 months now pc has stopped working been intouch with the seller who is now saying been used cant return it were is the gaurantee on things for ebay. cost 417 pounds and to not work after 2 months saying to me seller must know of certain things that break down especailly the psu even asked seller to send a replacement psu he cant do that why not ? any help with this issue please thxs

Mentor2 weeks agoIf it was new and you bought from a business then you have statutory rights, try asking citizens advice.
You may also be just in time for help from your funding source.
