Paypal AUTO PAYMENT
Hey EBAY support,
as your support is abysmal on chat,
and you do not have an email option. I want to know who told you to authorise an AUTO PAYMENT on my account via paypal.
The first I hear about a win on a bid is when I get a notification from PAYPAL saying money has been taken out of the account.
Please contact me, This is not good enough. THANK you

If a seller sets up an auction that requires immediate payment by the winner, then that payment is taken from the buyers selected payment method. Mine's PayPal too.

Mentor1 month agoThis is not ebay, we are members like you and have no access to your account to see what is going on.
It would help to know what you bought and whether immediate payment was required, if so YOU would have to authorise it before you could make the purchase.
In any case I do not see how any money can be taken from your paypal account without your authority, if it has then ask paypal why they allowed it.
