Hi,
We are a seller on eBay since last few years, where recently we've received an email from ebay as below, where there's no any specific reason mentioned. Where we've not done any irregular actvity, just recently listed the few products, which were near to reaching a monetory limit set by ebay that's it, but if it may be the reason, even that is not specified, even after we've asked them. Can anyone guide us through this ?

We have put your payouts on hold because we noticed activity that we believe is a risk to our community.
The action was taken as part of our risk review process. eBay regularly conduct reviews on accounts in an effort to protect all members of the site. These reviews allow us to verify seller data and provide us with information regarding a seller’s business model, selling activity or selling performance. By conducting these checks, we can make informed decisions on a seller’s suitability to trade on eBay or whether we should look to provide a seller with additional supports.
These reviews may bring to light certain aspects of a sellers account that we would like to resolve or would like further information on. While this review is taking place, payouts will be blocked, but listings will remain active on site. This is to ensure that you can continue selling on site without disruption, but we do need to hold the funds in order to verify additional details as per our payment terms and conditions. Please note that funds may be held for up to 30 days while the review is ongoing. Payouts can be reinstated as soon as this restriction is resolved.
In your case, we are requesting the below documents:
Documentation verifying Proof of Merchandise (Supplier Invoices/Receipts)
Documentation in relation to current company financial position (Profit & Loss Account / Balance Sheet)
In order to complete the review of your account and lift the restriction, we require these actions/documents to progress with our review. Unfortunately until we can complete this process, your payouts will remain restricted.
