My payouts are on hold. I have tried numerous times to add a new payment card and to change my existing payment method, but the eBay system simply continues loading and does not allow me to complete the process. I have made repeated attempts to resolve this myself, but the problem is clearly preventing me from complying with the payment requirement.
I also contacted eBay Customer Support on Tuesday and explained the problem. I have received no response or resolution since then. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible

Mentor2 weeks agoMoney cannot be credited to a card, a card is only another means of debiting your bank account. It is the bank account that ebay needs, where you can transfer to and if necessary to pay for any fees or refunds.

Payouts are made to a bank account not a card, so have you added the 6 digit sort code and 8 digit account number?
