I was told that my balance was on hold because Ebay did not have an authenticated card for costs or charges. I followed the process for giving a card but when the bank authorised a 0.00 payment to authenticate the card I was returned to Ebay website and had the circle of doom. An email told mme I had registered the card, my account says my account is not on hold but still no payouts. The balance includes several sales over the last three months. The chat bot tells me to do what I have already done. Any ideas?

Mentor1 month agoForget the card, you need a verified bank account. A card is only a means of debiting a bank account, and just puts an unnecessary extra step in the payment process.

Mentor1 month agoHave you actually linked your BANK ACCOUNT, not a card to receive payments too and to pay for any fees or charges if there is insufficient funds.
