Payout seems to be wrong

Hi all! I recently sold an item on EBay for £20 which was completed a few days ago and funds should now be available. The breakdown of the price shows that my order earnings/net proceeds should be £20 and EBay says that these have been released into my payout but it only shows that I have £5.18 on my balance. I have tried to go through EBay’s customer service but had no luck finding anything information as it just says that the payment has been released. Has anyone had an experience like this? Is the rest of the balance amount going to show up eventually? I can’t find anything that says my total should be £5.18- everything I check says that I should be earning the full £20. Thanks !

Mentor3 weeks agoLook at your ebay account every transaction is shown just like a bank statement the balance reflects what transactions have gone through the account.

Mentor3 weeks agoYou don't need to speak to ebay CS about this, goto your payment hub and click the item in question and it will give you a full breakdown of whats happened - eg if you used fees to promote etc.
