Payout on hold
Hello,
I’ve been emailed that my payouts are on hold and I should add a payment method but I have a card saved for payouts so I’m confused why i got that email.

Mentor11 months agoPayouts are only to bank accounts not cards. So if you have not added your bank details eg a six figure sort code and 8 digit account then you won’t get payouts via managed payments.

OP11 months agoI added my debit card and I re added the debit card it’s not showing payout
on hold anymore.
Also do I have to complete the criteria to get paid.

Mentor11 months agoCheck your card is up to date. You can also contact ebay and ask them to check what the problem is by requesting a callback on here:
