its been over 10 and I have still not received the payout in my bank, this is really frustrating and eBay won’t help

Mentor10 months agoWe have no access to your account to see any charges, but from the screenshot you showed, it says' We deducted your payout from available funds'.
Did you have promotions, optional listing upgrades or refunds to pay? This looks like it was deducted from that payout.

OP10 months agoI cancelled someone’s order but the amount wasn’t deducted from eBay balance and it shouldn’t be £12.44 because i refunded one order
