Payments with no tracking

Question

How long do we have to wait if an item was sold but went off without tracking? The customer has received the item with no issues but the funds are on hold without any date suggesting when they will be available?

I can’t seem to get to directly contact them…

Random holds seem to be occurring for long term members too, maybe part of some security check ??

You need a track record of selling successfully. At the moment you have not got anything showing in the star ratings, which only appears when you have 10.

When you meet the requirements money is released within 24 hours.

Usually it's 14 days unless you're a new or infrequent seller, in which case it may be up to 30. eBay Simple Delivery labels are tracked though. Did you not use the label?
