Payments to your wallet
Summary: rred3809 is experiencing issues with missing funds in their eBay wallet after selling items and purchasing shipping labels. They report confusion over being charged twice for shipping labels on a single order and difficulties in reaching eBay customer support. *vyolla* advises using the eBay UK help link to contact Customer Services, suggesting options to call or chat with a representative.
I made sale of 3 items worth £23 last week after 3£ balance in my wallet. I should have 26 in my wallet now, but I only have 18 due to purchase of other labels. Also I cancelled unused labels. Even after a week I still have 18. How long it takes to get refund from royal mail. Why the custom shipping always leaves me in trouble? The charges also not transparent. Anyway my question is the order page shows amount deducted from the order amount, and the label purchased from my wallet amount. So I see the shipping label charges were deducted twice for 1 order on custom shipping. I paid a label today also for new order. That orders details shows only the product cost (deducting buyers protection and shipping labels) at the same time I lost 1.55 from my eBay wallet too. Why am not able to contact eBay help?
Thanks to the community in advance

Mentor2 weeks agoI’ve found that the best route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below where you can call them or request a call back if you’re using the app (if you’re using desktop you’ll need to go round the houses with AI and start a chat then keep typing ‘agent’ until you get the option to live chat with a CS rep or to have a call back):
