Payments on hold. No wihdraw button
I cannot withdraw my eBay ballance. Over a week ago I was asked to submit my national insurance number, I presume this is why my funds appear to be on hold. I have no idea how long this hold might last. I can make no progress with AI help assistant and can not seem to reach any other ebay assistance. Any advice would be appreciated

OP5 months agoHi, thanks for your reply. Yes I have submitted my N.I. number. It was a little over a week ago. There have been no other messages about it, or confirmations.

Mentor5 months agoCustomer Services may tell you if you need to provide any other forms of ID for your account, but they may not give you any timeframe for when you can withdraw your money, as each account / seller , is assessed differently axxcording to different aspects on the account, so the hold may be for another few days or few weeks.
