Payments on hold even though the customer confirmed pickup
Hi,
I recently sold an item and the customer came and picked it up, I scanned his collection qr code and then it said collection confirmed. After this I went into the app and on the item sold page it says collection confirmed but when I try to withdraw it says awaiting confirmation of collection and that the payment are on hold and I have to wait 2 weeks? Is there anyway to get around this?

Mentor7 months agoYou are a new seller so your payouts for initial sales will be held a little longer. You scanned that collection code which is all you can do now.
This was eBay's announcement last year, as to how payouts are to be made to sellers:
From 6 August, we’re also making it easier and faster for our more experienced sellers to receive their funds. This means you can get your funds within 24 hours of the buyer paying. To qualify for faster payment, all you’ll need to do is:
