OP2 weeks agoMy payouts are still on Hold and now its going into 3 weeks how do i resolve this, i got eBay to ring me they cant see anything wring with my account so no help what so ever, what do i do next ?

OP2 weeks agoThank you for your reply, I have had our account for 20 years + its all workings well Sales every day still, but Payouts still on hold so cant get to my to funds, I got eBay to Ring me but they Cant tell me why my payouts are on Hold, they tell me they cant see anything wrong on my Account, and i don't have any messages from eBay about this at all. only the message seen in red on payouts say this routine check over 2 days, its now over two weeks, is this eBay or have been hacked i wonder ?

Mentor2 weeks agoPerhaps its because your account is incorrectly registered? Perhaps eBay have found your website?
eBay must have provided a reason for the hold via a message, the only other thing is you sent an item with simple delivery ,but used your own carrier, in which case this incurs a 14 day hold on items.
