Payments on hold
I currently have over £5000 owing to me by eBay covering 256 transactions, many under £10. Some now date back over 35 days. I am not in a position to use tracked postage, just old fashioned stamps which has always worked fine with never a loss. I have been trading on eBay for over 20 years with a rating of 17,000+ with zero negative or neutral ratings and lots of great feedback. This situation is becoming unacceptable. It seems all I am doing is supporting eBay financially. Can anyone suggest a solution, please?

Mentor6 months agoYou could try asking again on the business board. Someone there might have some ideas to help. Here's a link to it:

If not you could try asking on the weekly Wednesday Community Q&A which starts on the Member to Member board at 2pm.
Or maybe before then one of the eBay staff might look into it for you. I'll tag them for you.
