Payment restriction
i have set up a business account with eBay. I have linked my bank account and payment options, I’ve even set up PayPal. But every time I try to check out to purchase an item it pops up saying payment restriction. I haven’t bought anything else with my account this is the first and only item that I am trying to purchase. I can’t seem to speak to anyone to resolve this issue??

Mentor11 months agoWhat are you trying to buy? If it's any type of bladed item, and some eBay loosely class as bladed , such as letter openers even cake slices, you need a credit card on your eBay account. Add one see, if that helps when purchasing.
If not, contact eBay Customer Services as some further verification of your bank account may be needed.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
