Payment on hold, no collection code given
I have a payment on hold while waiting for a collection code from the buyer. They haven’t responded to repeated emails. Where or who can I complain to on eBay?

Mentor11 months agoWithout a code the payment will be held for 14 days but you will get it. As you're a new seller ebay may hold the payment for 30 days, which is a separate issue.
