Payment on hold even though goods were received by the buyer

So iv been in hospital and a buyer contacted me about a delivery of an item I just found out he had paid for and wanted to know when they would be delivered. I explained I was in hospital and he was adamant he wanted what he paid for and wanted my address to collect them which he did. He has sent me a photo of where he said he closed his complaint because he received goods. He also states in messages he collected them. Whilst I was in hospital I asked him if he let eBay know about collecting the wheels and closing the complaint he made saying he had t received them so they can releaese payment he said I had to do that. EBay have now put my payment on hold and put a hold on my account …. I just want the money I’m owed rightly. Apparently my accounts on hold because eBay s end to think he has not received the goods
