Payment on hold but the item I sent has been received
Summary: teamplayer006 is experiencing an issue with eBay holding payments for one of two items sold to a single buyer. Both items were shipped in the same package with one postage label, resulting in only one delivery confirmation. They asked for advice on how to have eBay release the held funds for the second item.
Hi. eBay have made my payments hold until delivery is confirmed. I have no idea why this is, as I have many hundreds of sales and 100% positive reviews. However, I sold two items on ebay recently, and a single buyer bought both items. When it came to send the buyer the items, I posted them in the same package, and used one postage label. I didn't seem to have a postage label available for both items, so I thought the system recognised I had sold both items to one buyer, and that this is what I needed to do - use the one label they made available. So now eBay only mark one of the items as received, when I have sent both, and both have been received. The funds for one have been received, but not the other. How can I get eBay to release the funds on the second item?

Mentor3 weeks agoThere's nothing you can do so ebay will hold that payment for 14 days.
