Mentor6 months agoHave you received back an item , returned through a case of item not as described? Then, you do hve to refund your buyer now, you have 48 hours now to do so, through the case details.
If you have not enough money in the Available section of your Payment Summary, eBay will use your back up method, which is usually your bank account.
Once the refund is completed, the case closes, and any money from the item on hold, is released to you.

The buyer's funds will be passed to you after you have processed the refund.
There may be a delay, leaving you 'out of pocket' for a short period.
