Payment on hold
My money on hold and ebay claims they are reviewing my payment method before and can take up to a week even though my method is valid and right. I don’t understand this ebay people

Mentor10 months agoAll new sellers go through as stringent as possible checks, as you can appreciate, eBay is sending money and it may be a lot of money, to a member's bank account so they need to be 100% sure they have the correct bank account and the genuine owner of that account.
Some checks take longer than others, obviously for security reasons eBay will not reveal their methods.
It's a little frustrating but you want to be sure eBay have the correct details too, so answer any question they may have, provide any extra documentation if necessary , and when eBay are sure you are the genuine owner of the bank account, you'll be all set to start selling !
