If that is the case, and they don't want to pay, ask them if they would like to cancel.
if they say they do, then cancel using the reason 'buyer asked to cancel'.
Tax, postage and tariffs can add a lot to the basic price of an item for a USA buyer,

Mentor4 months agoYour buyer will be able to see a breakdown their end. There'll be an import tariff (depending where the item was manufactured, if from UK it's 10%), import taxes and a courier admin fee.
What item is it, out of interest?
Your sold penny farthing doesn't have US shipping prices on it, if they bought it they must have a UK delivery address.
There's also no way that shipping that huge item to the US will cost just £60.

Your buyer should have a breakdown of the costs in his purchases, or they can contact Ebay Customer Services via Ebay.com.
Are you posting to the USA?
If it is the penny farthing, it says the postage is £65 in the UK. Did you list it with Ebay Global Shipping Programme?
