Payment Hold on established account 7 days after delivery?

Hi, looking to see if this is the norm and if its happened to anyone before.
I am established Ebay, sold lots with 100% and have been with Ebay several years. I have always received fund from a sale the next working day. On the 22nd July I was asked for ID which was send, Ebay confirmed all good and all seller privileges were back. However each sale the funds are being held for exactly 7 days after delivery. I use Simple Delivery. Its never before the 7 days. Ive read about 30 day reveiws etc but its been over 2 months. Has this happened to anyone before? If so did your account go back to normal? Thanks

Mentor2 weeks agoPayment holds are a bit of a mystery and completely controlled by some algorithm known only to ebay. They do publish some guidance, for example there is meant to be a way to get funds soon after the buyer paid, but they don't even seem to stick to that.
Everyone's 'normal' will be different, you just have to go with what yours is at the moment.
