Payment for an item I refunded
I refunded an item by accident as I got mixed it mixed up with another item, I have since asked the person to bank transfer, PayPal or relist an empty box/item for them to buy and I can just send that to get my funds but are not doing so, what can I do about this?Â

You have correctly given the buyer the right options to pay you, as the transaction cannot take place through eBay.
Â
You could send them a PayPal invoice for the amount, again, nothing to enforce them to pay this.

Was it a large amount? Then, you may need to take a legal route to recover the money.

Refunds are not always instant, so it may not yet show on the buyer's method they used to pay you.
Â
For example paying with a debit card it can take up to 12 days to appear in a bank account, but paying with a credit card and a refund made, this takes the longest , up to 30 days for it to appear.
Â
Your buyer may be seeing no evidence of a refund now, so may just be ignoring your request.
Â
A polite message to explain those delays may prompt a more positive response?  🤔
