Payment
I've sold an item on ebay the funds were payed in to my account parcel delivered and received on Tuesday 1st September now ebay have took back payment saying parcel did not arrive any help thanks Michael

Mentor1 month agoWas this a Simple Delivery transaction? Either way if tracking shows delivery you should not have to refund your buyer. More information can help us give you a more exact answer
Was a case was opened ? You may find initial payment is on hold until a refund has been made and then the original payout is released to you.

Mentor1 month agoWhat exactly does this notification say that the item has not been received, as only a buyer can open a case for this.
Are you seeing a note to ' dispatch /post item' ?

Mentor1 month agoWell the buyer must have been the one that opened the case that resulted in the payment being taken back. So something doesn't add up.

Mentor1 month agoLooking at the pictures of the item has an INAD been opened perhaps as stock pictures have been used and the pictures are very misleading as to what you will receive eg the 2nd picture has further storage for the bike which I presume wasn't included?
