Did the buyer select collection or postage you did have a choice there.
If collection, then after the buyer pays through eBay checkout, cash is not allowed, they will receive a collection code to bring to you.
Do not release the item, before scanning that code, or entering the codes numbers on the order details, it's your only proof of collection .
If they selected postage and now agree to have the item delivered, best way forward is with the buyer's permission cancel the order, and relist with Collection only . Cancel selecting ' Buyer Requests to Cancel ', this fully refunds the buyer, and your seller performance is not affected.
