I have sold a vr headset on ebay the buyer has collected my item but they won’t pay me the funds are in my account and ebay won’t let me withdraw they have my bank details but keep saying there not correct what else should i try to get my money before i have to take them to court for theft?

Mentor11 months agoYou won't be able to take eBay to court for theft, as that's pretty nonsensical, but you do need to sort out adding your bank details and get them verified (which should ideally have been done before listing your item).
Do you know what the actual problem is with your bank details? If not, contact eBay and find out what you need to sort out here. I’ve found that the easiest route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below where you can request a call back:

Hopefully you got the collection code from your buyer and added it to your order, this is proof that they have their item?
