Paying for postage when E Bay choose the wrong SERVICE!!!!
I sell mostly golf clubs which as everyone knows are around 100-120 cm in length so why oh why does E Bay think that Royal Mail will accept the item when they only take items up to 65 cm in length, selling is hard enough at the moment without having to pay for a new postage label out of my PROFITS!!!!

Mentor3 weeks agoPrivate sellers don't make profits, although you have quite a "personnal" collection of golf equipment for sale..... Perhaps you need to have a read of this:

Mentor3 weeks agoThe postage options available depend on category or sub-category. So if possible change sub-category during the listing process until "Bulky parcel" comes up to get the correct label. Or until you get "Oversized" at the bottom of the weight pop-up under the Package size heading, Then click on Add Primary Service to buy your own postage. It has to be done on a laptop or desktop rather than the app.
If you have problems with that the alternative is to list with free postage, factor that cost into your item price and buy your own postage. You can then claim a refund for an unused label here:
