buyer sent a cancellation request it took money from my funds do i get the money back or does ebay just steal it

Mentor11 months agoSo long as you have not yet posted, then how do you lose anything, it is not stealing, to just refund buyer their money. Money received is normally released within 24 hours now but as a new seller may take a bit longer.
If you have already posted then cannot be cancelled, without return of item.

OP11 months agonot the question ebay has taken my money for the refund i have not given the item and the order has dissapeared so the original amount is not pending

Mentor11 months agoebay always refund from the seller's available funds or source but you will keep the buyer's payment when it's released.
