'Pay with Bank's coupon won't work

Question

I am trying to buy an item that is £41. I have a £5 coupon to use and I clicked Apply Coupon. Then when I go to checkout and click on Pay With Bank, the coupon isn't there. Even when I type the code in for the coupon, and error message comes up saying it is incorrect. Any ideas on how to make this work?

Ps. I haven't used it elsewhere and the date of the coupon is a few days away.

Usually those coupons have T & C one of which is a £50 minimum spend.Hence the coupon is invalid for your purchase of £41.@kcourtney83
