I sold a phone but it was to heavy for the purchased ebay label I had to use a different post office label paid for it's been delivered how do I cancel the ebay label and get paid thank you

Mentor5 months agoIf you had postage on the listing that means the buyer has paid for the original label. The cost will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days. You cannot get back the cost of the postage you bought.
