Password changes
Does anyone know why I am being asked frequently to change my password. Nearly every day I get a message saying people from all over the UK are logging onto my ebay details and using my password despite changing it several times?
Are these emails from ebay genuine or should they be ignored.

OP1 month agoI am getting a message to say someone from Birmingham has accessed it then the next day someone from Falkirk has accessed it and the next day someone from Cornwall has accessed it etc etc and this is despite changing the password several times. I should not have to change it everyday.

Mentor1 month agoYou don't have to change it at all. They are random messages generated by a change of IP location. No-one is accessing your account from those places.
