Passkey keeps on cycling back to the start

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

Every time I press the passkey it passes me via iPhone but just cycles me back to the start of the process. Can anybody give me any advice on this please?

Hi @raregames4collectorsuk, thanks for your post.

Are you trying to log into your account from the app or browser of your device? If you are using the app, try deleting and reinstalling the app. If you are using the browser, try clearing the caches and cookies of your browser or try using a different browser. Also, I'd try restarting the device you are using just to be safe.

This will probably do the trick, but if it doesn't, let me know and I'd be happy to take a further look.

Thanks for your reply much appreciated, I’m using the App on iPhone 15 . I
have restarted the handset and that didn’t fix the issue. I’ve tried
deleting EBay from my iPhone but all the phone will let me do is delete the
app from my Home Screen. Because when I went to do a fresh install of the
app from the App Store it just had a tab to open the EBay app and not to
actually download a fresh install
