parts not working
site changed about a week ago. can search etc but can't add items to watch list. the buy it now/submit bid buttons are ghosted and I've missed a couple of offers because the review offer button is ghosted and unresponsive. also, when there are multiple photos, only the 1st one will load. using mobile and direct from bank payment. have been to check with the bank who say no issues have been flagged up. any suggestions?

OP11 months agoand while ago but it caused a load of problems on my mobile phones memory
so I uninstalled it. I'll try customer service again. cheers.

Mentor11 months agoStick with a laptop / PC , and perhaps it can be the choice of browser you are using?
Try Chrome, that seems to work well with eBay.
Logging off completely, logging back on with the above device and browser, and clear cache and cookies, try from there, hopefully that should work.
