Parts missing ?
So I recently sold a digital camera body. The title was for a camera body. The write up was all about the body. The price was for the body. My ad pictures included a lens attached. No where on the add is the lens mentioned. The new purchaser was expecting the lens as well ? Not sure how to proceed ?

Mentor6 months agoThe photo forms part of the description and its never a good idea to include any related items that aren't included in the sale.
Has your buyer opened an eBay return yet or just messaged you about this?

Mentor6 months agoIf it was shown in the photo you probably should have said it was not included. I would accept a return if they want to send it back, and refund when you get it. If they still want to keep it you could negotiate a partial refund.
