Partial refund issue?

I bought seven items from a seller for around £1.50 each, but they never arrived and the seller didn't reply to messages from me on the problem, so eventually I flagged it with eBay, who have issued a partial refund; the money back on one of the items, so £1.77 from a £13 total purchase. Is there anything I can do?

Did you open a case on each of the items, thats what you need to do to get a full refund. It sounds as though you only opened one case for one of the items hence the partial refund.
