Partial refund for postage
Hi,
Someone has purchased 2 items from me and paid. I'd like to give them a partial refund for the postage costs, which was paid on both items. Is it possible to do this after they have paid please?

Mentor1 year agoDid you use the Simple Delivery postage? Then, for the unused label, if the buyer paid, they will automatically receive a refund, but it can take 30 days, perhaps worth sending a message to explain this.
If you used your own postage and not SD, then click on the items sold, top left onto View Order details.
On the right from More Actions select Refund this item, but be sure to add the correct amount you wish to refund, or you will refund the full amount.
Probably best to use a laptop / PC and not the app or mobile browser for this, Chrome works well with eBay.
