partial refund
hi.i bought some glass items as a job lot.when i got the parcel 1 item was damaged.i sent the seller photos but she says she cannot give me a partial refund as she sent it with ebay simple delivery.how true is this,i would like to keep all of the intact items and i am very happy with them.i only asked for a refund on the broken 1.please help

Was the item clearly damaged before it was packed or is it obvious that the damage occurred during transit?

OP5 months agohi.the packaging looked ok on the outside,not crushed or anything like that but despite being bubble wrapped inside 1 was packed over the others so i really am not sure.the seller assures me that they left her intact

·5 months agoThe only way you will get any sort of refund is to start a return. If Ebay deal with the return, you will not have to send anything back.
