Partial or full refund? No appeal process.
Why only a partial refund?
Three items never received from the same company total over £15 yet only a £3 refund. I cannot appeal this decision because it's been found in my favour. Really?
No way to contact eBay customer services either.

Mentor3 weeks agoDid you open not received cases for all 3? A not received case gets a full refund, explain why this did not happen.
