Part under warranty seller don't want to refund it but offering replacement | Member To Member Support

I bought a part about 2 month ago and became faulty after contacting seller he only offering replacement instead of refund.Also instead of asking all questions he was asking one question a day which took him over a week to come to conclusion they can only replace faulty part. I want to add that l've alredy bought and fitted new part so replacement isn't good for me , any advice
