Part of order received only

Question

How do I complain to ebay, as I have only received half of my order, as pictured by seller. Seller does not respond. Therefore, not as described. I cannot see this section. It must be there, as I am also a seller, and have had this from a buyer a long time ago. Ebay are always on the side of the buyer, thanks

You need to open a return using the reason "Item didn't match description" via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your purchase history page. If necessary escalate it after 3 complete working days.
