Part of order promised but not received 3 months later
Hi
Can anybody help please?
I have bought an expensive item and part of it was missing. The woman found the item and promised to post it to me in March.
I have whattsapp £ed her and left messages offering to pay for postage, nothing.
The item is less valuable without this original part.
I can't get anywhere with Ebay as they are uncontactable....

Mentor3 weeks agoLooks as though you are going to be over the 120 days allowed by payment provider.
Ebay’s 30 day money back guarantee works well, but it has to be used in time.
There is a link on the right side of every listing.

The seller I'm afraid has fobbed you off with a promise they had no intention of keeping, and the answer was to give them a little time, not 3 months, to send this part, and then to open a case for item not as described, for a full refund.
It's too late to open that case, and as said, too late to contact eBay .
You should still be in time to contact your payment provider most have a 120 day buyer protection policy, and see if they can help with a refund for this item.
