parcels being sent to my address to a stranger
I did not have an account with ebay, I have had to register to complain. My address is being used to deliver parcels to. I don't know the recipient and he has never lived at my address. These parcels are a nuisance and worrying, I think I have received 6 of them this year. They are tracked. I am putting them back in the post box with return to sender. I want ebay to cancel my address but can't find anywhere on this website to discuss with anyone.

You're correctly marking them 'Not known at this address, return to sender' which is the correct process here.
