ParcelForce states delivered and has photographic evidence. Ebay website claims no movement
So it's not the buyer holding onto my money, its Ebay itself. Parcelforce confirms item delivered yesterday. Ebays tracking system appears to be broken. They say the payment will be on hold for at least 8 days as their system doesn't show the item is delivered. What nonsense is this?

As you haven't sold for a while, ebay can delay payment.

OP5 months agoAppreciated... Nervous enough selling a high-value item on eBay. Thought it was only crooks I had to worry about.

OP5 months agoIs this deliberate so that e|Bay can scam interim interest? If that's the case they shouldn't be saying they pay 24 hours after delivery. No good to me with urgent bills to pay. Thanks for your reply.

Money will be released in 14 days if not earlier.
You could contact CS and ask them to update.
