Sold an item for £400 but Parcelforce compensation is only up to £50. How do I adjust this? Many thanks.

·10 months agoParcelforce standard compensation is £150 I believe, but you can pay for enhanced compensation up to £2500.
If you can't add extra compensation buying postage from Ebay, take your parcel to the Post Office and buy postage there.
