Parcel too big for InPost

Hi my bass guitar I’ve sold is supposed to be delivered using InPost, as selected by the buyer. However at the post office they told me it’s too big for InPost, but Evri would be fine. Do I have to cancel this order? Is there a way to change the delivery? What can I do?

I think it was a bit optimistic to expect to be able to ship a guitar for £5.88!! I don't believe that Evri will take it, but you can check their prices and sizes on their website.

You can send it via Parcelforce from your local Post Office, but it will cost a bit.
