Parcel still sent to authenticator
I sent a parcel on 30 April is it normal that it still says sent to authenticator and now it’s 9 May if it’s not normal what do I do?

Mentor3 months agoWhat is the estimated delivery date for your parcel to arrive with your buyer? It does seem to be rather late, even bearing in mind we've had a bank holiday.
I would do nothing, leave it up to your buyer to open a not received case, and when they do leave it up to ebay to deal with.. If you used Simple Delivery ebay will refund and you will keep your funds.

The delivery date shown to buyer is 7th May to 14th May

Mentor3 months agoSo only after the 14th can buyer open a not received case, but basically you need do nothing, the next step is up to buyer and ebay should be responsible for any refund.
