Parcel size change without knowledge
I clearly remember a large size parcel fee when I listed my large item for sale, but when it was actually purchased, the parcel size and fee showing was for a medium sized parcel. I will have to pay a further £7 approximately to send the item in the correct sized parcel. Has anyone else experienced this issue. How did you handle it?
