Parcel not delivered by company
Is there any protection for sellers as I sold an item which hasn’t been delivered by the company so the buyer will rightly get a refund but I’ve lost my item & the sale ?

Mentor6 months agoNope, as a Private seller you are fully protected against this loss, that is, if you used as you should have, Simple Delivery.
Here, when the buyer opens a case for item not received, eBay take over the refund , and you get to keep the payout.
Did you no use a Simple Delivery label for this transaction ?
